If you’ve been googling “microblading day by day healing process images” and nothing good comes up, I was right there with you. Google had me searching for hours trying to find anything that showed me the daily healing process of microblading. Any sites or photos I saw only showed the before and after (or showed microblading gone wrong, which didn’t make me feel better about upcoming appointment).
Regardless of finding adequate examples, I still decided to go ahead with getting my eyebrows microbladed and was going to be the one to document the day by day healing process.
I won’t bore you with what Microblading is, but if you’re completely lost, here’s a cool article from Wikipedia.
Let’s get straight to it, I’m Italian.
I already have HUGE eyebrows and wasn’t looking for some crazy change, (that you also only see on google). My eyebrows had a few sparse areas that needed to be filled in, and I was hoping to add a little arch to my already huge eyebrow.
During the healing process, your eyebrows can appear very dark at first due to all the ink pigment. It is very important to keep your eyebrows moisturized during the day by day healing process. Aquaphor is the perfect solution to lock in moisture. Around day five, your brows should start to peel. You want to make sure that your brows and face are clean so there is no room for bacteria to cause infection. Read up on WLDKAT to see some of their safe facial cleansers to use.
Below are the microblading healing process day by day images.
The follow up appointment:
The second appointment is SO crucial! This is where the brow takes form. Don’t lie, we both know you have been eyeing those brows since you got home! I added more strokes to my arch to give my eyebrow a higher, more defined arch.
Overall, the healing process wasn’t that bad, and was hardly noticeable. If you have ever gotten a tattoo, this is a much easier healing process. Hope this helps anyone who’s thinking about getting microblading!

I went to StudioBrows in LA! Helen did my brows and she’s amazing! She also specializes in brow lamination.
